also, i remembered something while i was reading ch. 12, but i forgot to mention it haha. maybe i'm mistaken but i thought i remembered a while ago, when they had recovered some of their suitcases, that brendon had a bunch of condoms in his suitcase? because jon had the knife in his, and brendon just had a bunch of useless stuff and condoms, which ~hurt him~ because it made him think of shane.
