DDD; I'm so the kind of person who never confronts people about their 'flaws'. I don't know. I don't think it's very helpful unless you're having a real discussion with the person. Plus, only when you realise your own flaws can you truly work on them. Otherwise, telling someone they suck isn't gonna change much unless they can see it.
