i ran a google image search for "ryan ross" (i just wanted a picture of him in a white button down shirt, was that too much to ask for? apparently it was), and this came up on after a few pages.

i blinked many times and then i went back and found this.

those are some extremely unique blue pants, ladies and gentlemen. unique in their epic ugliness to the point that i cannot imagine two whole human beings being willing to wear them. and that really, really looks like ryan to me. i'm trying to be objective here but that really, really looks like bb!ryan.

explain. (ETA: the nose. aside from the hideous pants, it's all in the nose for me.)

Wait for it, I'm sure someone has written it :P (14yr old gsf, I mean) Haha, nah, bandom's probably not as crazy as some of my other fandoms XD That said, it could totally be done well, with bb!ness and corruptedness and then aaaaaangst when Trevor leaves and how Ryan deals with Brendon coming in to take his place, and...oh god stop me now :P

Oh yeah, they're like 16 or 17 by then. Totally acceptable :D Brent is fascinating to me, lol.

Hehe, I come from crazy (creepy) fandoms :P And both Ryan and Brendon fit very very easily into some of that discourse. Not being written by me though, lol.

Oh, I don't *like* him, but he's a fascinating character. I know a lot of people just write him off now as 'they never liked him as much as they liked each other anyway', but looking at pictures, I think it's kind of clear that Ryan, at least, did. Which makes the whole thing really very interesting for fic. Not just for 2006 fic either, for bb!fic, it'd be really interesting to look at when he changed schools, and the fact that most high school bands probably wouldn't bother staying together like that, so whether there was some kind of an assertion there at that point that they wanted to take things seriously...meh. I like fic speculation a lot XD Mainly he's interesting to me this week though 'cause my fic's at the point where he was suing them this week, lol. Lots of angst :P

i'm usually all Ryan's sad, Brendon's pissed, Spencer's sad and pissed.
in the Jon epic that i actually started *shame shame* i just said it made Ryan insecure.
