yeah, this is definitely on the list now. i'll have to figure out how i want it, because yeah, technically a courtesan isn't exactly enslaved, right? but i need ryan to be stuck in his situation... maybe he's a slave for awhile, but eventually he'd move up to courtesan? haha, idk. and by that time he's too broke so he has no choice but to accept that life.
