oh, right, so, i finally bought AFYCSO this past weekend for nine bucks at wal-mart.  yes, i am a horrible person who downloads music illegally; sue me (only, please don't).  i don't anymore; like, i'll always buy the new album that comes out if it's one of my bands.   but anyway, right, so i had this old burned cd of AFYCSO tracks, out of order, three with the wrong titles, two duplicates, because people on limewire apparently don't know wtf they're uploading.  esteban was never even ON the cd; it was only ever on my ipod.  which is AWFUL!, because it's AWESOME; i think next to tables it's the most musically sophisticated song on the album.  anyway, the awesome part was that on my old burned cd, camisado, time to dance, and nails were apparently all DEMOS, which i didn't know.  so when i heard them on the album i was like WOW, TEN TIMES BETTER.  nails was so different, dude, like it was a different SONG, that literally it came on and i turn to keri and i'm like WHAT THE SHIT IS THIS?  and she looked at me like i was nuts b/c apparently she'd had that version all along.

anyway.  it was cool.  thought i'd share.  i heart panic and they haven't been out of my car cd player all week.  except for when i put on fast times randomly b/c i've been having this sudden love affair with ATLMS.  i feel i'm maybe gravitating toward beckett again, though i don't know who i'd pair him with.  gabilliam has been soooooo oooooverdonnnnnnnnnnne, and there's almost NO good gabilliam out anymore (with some obv exceptions); mostly it all just feels like i'm reading the same damn thing over and over.  WE MUST REINVENT GABILLIAM!  you know those awesome canon panic fics where they just chronicle a pairing's entire history together?  snippets (SLUTT, helen XD) and major events and all the in-betweens.  do THAT!  50k+ words, go for it.  anyway, i've been having strong leanings towards william/jon, whom i've always loved, but no one WRITES it; someone mentioned it in becca's blog recently, and yeah.  want!

in other news, you all know i need a haircut.  i am reluctant to cut it b/c i LIKE the long fringe.  hairinface is sexy, okay.  i just, y'know, can't see.  so this morning i tried sweeping it to the other side, to see if maybe that would help get it out of my face a little.

 
btw, that is my wry/annoyed smirk, not my smug smirk, though sadly they look very similar.
