I think a forum for concrit and improving your writing and such would be the best idea ever.
Just. Idk if you've ever read any of the comments in writer's guild or any of the comms like them, but my god. You get some of the most snarky comments. I don't mind it so much because being ridiculed only makes me want to get better and shut the snooty lit geeks up, but for others it doesn't help at all. Plus they don't let you post fanfic; it has to be original fiction and I write pathetically small amounts of that.
So. Yeah. A comm like that would be great. I could help moderate it if you want? I have no experience with managing comms, but I'd be more than willing to give it a shot.
