yeah, it's just, aidsfic is going to take so much out of me, and this would be so indulgent and fun, and i wouldn't have to deal with any canon bullshit b/c it's a crazy AU. and honestly, i was never *THAT* impressed by any of the slavefics out there. so to me that's not really an issue. i'm not saying i could do it better, i just. eh. those never impacted me that much, tbh. i felt most of them were vastly out of character.
but we'll see; i may just take a break until red and i do our co-write. i definitely need a break. :D
