his writing process actually felt very... impromptu to me. i didn't plan it, and i was hoping it didn't sound like i was talking out of my ass, even though i kind of was, because while it works for him and the story, i still don't understand it myself. i've never analyzed anyone's writing process, not even my own. for me it's just... letting go. it's not magical, words don't assault me; i just kind of have to really love what i'm writing, really want to get inside it and live the story, and then it tends to just flow. brendon's seems much more interesting/intense/sense-oriented.
