i didn't find out late; i'm just reacting late, i guess.  there was this moment ten minutes ago where i went from "god, i wish i could see them" to "DAMN IT I HAVE TO SEE THEM."  anyway, i want to go.  bad.  it's fucking empires, man.  i've waited long enough.  (AND DID I MENTION WILLIAM AND TOM ARE TOURING TOGETHER???)  it's a 3-4 hr drive for me.  who else wants to be impulsive and meet me there? share a hotel, get up to some shenanigans, party all night?  or sleep, whatever, i'm down with anything.  COME ON, I'LL BUY YOU BOOZE IF YOU'RE UNDERAGE WE ONLY LIVE ONCE.

fuck knoxville! if you're traveling ANYWHERE you should come to chicago...because, uhm hello. there is like a ton of cool stuff here. like the BEAN (which is this really big metal thing that is in the shape of a bean and you can see yourself upside down it it and make kissy faces at yourself and its just cool, okay) which is in Millennium Park along with the ice skating rink (WE COULD ICE SKATE TOGETHER AND BE LOSERS AND FALL ALL OVER THE PLACE!! WAIT, THATS JUST ME!! OH WELL, I'D MAKE YOU FALL WITH MY UN-SKILLZ) and the Human Faces Fountain. theres these two big towers that show pics of faces and have water running down them. and the Faces spit water out at you and kids splash around in the water. its really creepy and weird but somehow totally cool.

AND ACROSS THE STREET IS A JAMBA JUICE WHICH ROCKS BECAUSE JAMBA JUICE IS THE MOTHERFUCKING SHIT! AND THEN RIGHT DOWN THE STREET IS A HOTEL!
